Refund policy
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (India)
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on the Polo Collection and Perfume Collection. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.
Any return sent without prior approval will be refused and will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
A. Polo Collection
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Hangtags must be intact.
- No signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or alteration.
- Product must be returned in original packaging exactly as delivered.
- Item must be in the same condition as received.
Important: If a Polo product has been exchanged once, it is not eligible for further exchange or refund.
B. Perfume Collection
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Applicable only on the first purchase of a 50ML or 100ML bottle of a fragrance.
- Consecutive purchases of any fragrance are not eligible.
- Outer box, product packaging, and shipping sleeve/jacket must be intact and undamaged.
- Maximum permitted usage: 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is lower).
If usage exceeds this limit:
- Refund/replacement may be denied, or
- A deduction/fee may be applied.
The final decision rests with House of Nirvana after quality inspection.
3. Non-Eligibility Conditions
Return, replacement, or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Orders placed via third-party platforms or marketplaces.
- Orders shipped outside India.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- If required unboxing proof is not provided (for damaged/tampered claims).
4. Damaged or Tampered Products
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damaged or tampered product.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images and videos must be shared for review.
Without proper proof, the request will not be processed.
5. Refund Policy
A. Prepaid Orders
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
B. Partial COD Orders
- Refund will be issued as store credit only.
- Shipping charges paid in Partial COD are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is delivered to us and passes quality check, we process the refund within 1–3 working days. After processing, your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the amount in your account.
If no refund is reflected within 15 days from the date of processing, you may contact us here or at support@houseofnirvana.one for assistance.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative or the option to proceed with a return.
If you initially opt for a return and later decide to exchange, you must complete the return process first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Unless stated otherwise, return pickup and exchange shipping will be arranged by us after approval.

Process:
- Request is raised.
- Our team contacts you to understand feedback and offer the best possible solution.
- Upon approval, a pickup is scheduled and a tracking link is shared for both the parties to track the return.
- After receipt, quality check (QC) is completed.
- You will be notified whether the return or exchange has been approved or rejected.
- Refund or exchange is processed the same day post QC approval.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
9. Final Authority
House of Nirvana reserves the right to approve, reject, or apply deductions to any return or exchange request after product inspection.
