Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. Our primary courier partner is Delhivery. However, if Delhivery does not service a particular location, we use another reliable courier service.

Shipping Options & Charges

We offer two shipping options:

  • Prepaid – Free Shipping
  • Partial COD – ₹99 flat charge (Non-refundable)

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled daily at 10 AM (excluding Sundays).
  • If an order is placed after 10 AM, it will be processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 4-6 days.
  • Deliveries to remote or hilly areas (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, and other northeastern states) may take 6-8 days.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once the order is fulfilled, the tracking details will be available on the Order Status Page.
  • A tracking link will also be sent via WhatsApp and e-mail for convenience.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, political situations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays as they are beyond our control.
  • However, if there is a delay in order fulfilment from our side, customers will be given the option to cancel the order before shipping.

Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If a parcel is received in a damaged condition, customers can request a return within 7-days of delivery.
  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit, which is very rare, we will process a refund within 10 days of it being marked as lost.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In certain cases, customers may be charged for the cost incurred due to Return to Origin (RTO) if deemed necessary.
